01How to reach us

The fastest way to reach a senior consultant is by phone at (604) 632-4959. If you prefer email, write to info@SAZ.ca. We deliberately use direct phone and mailto links instead of web forms, because forms route your details through third-party services and slow down the first conversation. A short email describing your organisation and your question is all we need.

We are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and work in Pacific time. We serve organisations in every Canadian province and territory, and we are comfortable scheduling calls across time zones. Priority incidents for existing managed clients are handled through the helpdesk channels provided during onboarding.

02What to include in your message

To help us prepare, include the name of your organisation, roughly how many staff you have, how many locations, and which platforms you use for email and file storage, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Mention any regulatory obligations, such as health or financial information, and any recent incidents or deadlines such as a move, an audit or an insurance renewal.

You do not need to have the technical details ready. If you are not sure what to ask, describe what is frustrating you: slow response, security worries, surprise bills or a project that stalled. We will translate that into a plan during the consultation.

03What happens on the free consultation

The first call lasts 30 minutes and is free. We ask about your goals, your current environment and the people who rely on it. We then share a candid view of priorities, rough ranges for cost and a suggested next step, which is often a short assessment. There is no sales script and no obligation to continue.

If we do proceed, you will receive a written, fixed-price scope within a few business days, including inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and timelines. Pricing is aligned with our published ranges: managed IT from $89 to $199 per user per month, projects from $2,500, vCIO retainers from $1,500 per month and security assessments from $1,900, plus 5% GST, with a 10% launch discount.

05Privacy when you contact us

When you email or call, we use the information you provide only to respond and to prepare a proposal. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking, and we do not sell or share your details.
